Elite Level Training Written by an Elite Athlete who happens to have a Masters Degree in Sport Science, Exercise Physiology and Biomechancis. USTFCCCA Jumps Specialist Certified and over 15 years Coaching Experience in Track and Field and Personal Training.

This package includes a 4 week Individualized training program that includes a training and weight training program. I work with the individual to create an optimal plan to reach their unique goals which would include anything from speed- weight loss, power to flexibility, and even  motivation!
